Square Enix shared a new piece of artwork for Final Fantasy XVI during the Tokyo Game Show 2022. It shows the main characters along with a new location.
Final Fantasy XVI was confirmed to launch in 2023 and has a Summer 2023 release window for it. The new artwork has the same release window for this upcoming RPG.

Final Fantasy XVI is currently confirmed to launch on the PS5 and has a release window of Summer 2023. It is being developed by Business Division 3 at Square Enix who have previously worked on Final Fantasy XIV and its expansions.
The game was first announced during a PS5 showcase in 2020 and was confirmed to launch on the PS5. It is the first mainline game to release after the launch of Final Fantasy XV on PS4 and Xbox One in 2016.
