First of all, you will have to connect your Twitch Account to your MLB The Show account. There will be a Linked Account section after you Log in to your MLB The Show account and there you will find Twitch. Click the button and then confirm to link your Twitch Profile.
You can then watch a Twitch Stream, but you must make sure that the Twitch Stream you are watching has the Drops Enabled Tag. Then in order to receive the rewards, you will have to complete the specified watch time Length. You will receive a Claim notification once you have completed the process.
In order to access the drop rewards, click on the CLAIM button. To keep track of your progress, go to the Twitch drops inventory page.
