Spiritomb is a Ghost/Dark Pokémon found at fixed overworld encounters around Glaseado Mountain in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The claims that it is immortal or almost impossible to defeat are incorrect.
Where to find Spiritomb
- Check the ruins south of Montenevera.
- Search the northeast side of Glaseado Mountain near the river below Paldea’s Highest Peak.
- Check the snowy western edge of the mountain overlooking Socarrat Trail.
How to catch Spiritomb safely
- Save before starting the encounter.
- Spiritomb can use Memento, which makes it faint. Use Taunt or Imprison with a Pokémon that knows Memento before lowering its HP.
- Lower its HP carefully, apply sleep or paralysis, and throw Poké Balls. A Quick Ball on the first turn is another option.
