The Devil in Me is an interactive drama and survival horror video game set in the year 2022. It was created by Supermassive Games and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The official name of the game is The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me. It is the fourth and last episode of Season 1 of The Dark Pictures Anthology, after Man of Medan (2019), Little Hope (2020), and House of Ashes (2019). (2021). The Devil in Me is similar to its predecessors in that it has a varied cast of five playable characters and a branching storyline that is controlled by the player’s actions. The player is given several different options to choose from during the game, each of which has the potential to have a significant impact on the narrative as well as the relationships between the key characters. Because of the decisions that each of the five main characters has taken, there is a chance that one of them may die as a direct consequence of those decisions. The game will have increased mobility choices such as running, leaping, and climbing in addition to character inventory, puzzles based on the use of different tools, and puzzles based on the use of various tools. On November 18, 2022, The Devil in Me was released for personal computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system, PlayStation 4 video game consoles, Xbox One video game consoles, and Xbox Series X/S video game consoles.
