You will find many difficult stages and boss fights in this game and to clear them you might need these suits and their abilities to make your life easy. You need to change the suit to get its ability. Currently, there are Eight types of suits with different abilities, except for one default suit that you get at the begging of the game.
How To Unlock Suits
This is the list for all the suits in Solar Ash:

| To get this suit, you have to find “Voidrunner cache in the Crater”. This will reduce the cooldown for the Time slip ability. |
| After finding all “Voidrunner caches in the Broken Capital”, you will unlock this suit with the ability to double your plasma intake. |
| This will unlock after you find all “Voidrunner caches in Ironroot Basin”. This suit has the ability to reduce the cooldown on boosters. |
| You can unlock this by finding all “Voidrunner caches in Eternal Garden”. This will restore one of the shield pip when you defeat an enemy. |
| This will unlock after finding all “Voidrunner caches in the Mirrorsea”. This one can double your attack power. |
| You can unlock this suit by finding all “Voidrunner caches in Luminous Peak”. This will Pings caches whenever you use a scanner. |
| You will get this suit after you finish the whole game, including finding all the caches mentioned here. With this one suit, you can use all the other abilities from other suits. |
