In Rainbow 6 Extraction, any operator will be able to acquire any of the unlocked gadgets as they have no operator limits. Some of the gadgets can be used by specific operators, so that’s not beneficial, instead you should unlock a Tech that can be used by all the operators available in the game. How To Unlock Techs in Rainbow Six Extraction:
Techs can be unlocked in the same manner as you unlock operators in R6 Extraction. So attaining higher ranks of REACT Milestone levels is the only method you need to do to unlock techs in R6 Extraction.
Here’s the list of all the Techs that can be unlocked after you reach a certain REACT Milestones:
