- West of The Chasm is where the brand new Sumeru region can be found.
- Thus, in order to progress in GI, players will have to unlock this location first.
- After that, go to the Genshin Impact’s Sumeru region by following these directions:
- The first order of business is to use the Statues of the Seven – Geo Waypoint, which can be found close to the Cinnabar location to Teleport to The Chasm.
- Developers have added a new teleport waypoint so that players can Teleport and simply go to the new location.
- So you must unlock this new Teleport Waypoint to get to Sumeru easily.
- Jumping from a cliff is now part of getting to the new waypoint.
- Make sure you choose the right one so you can go on, upon entering the cave, one will find Four Leaf Sigil, just in front of the cave.
- Just keep going straight and you will eventually reach the Four Leaf Sigil.
- To get to Sumeru, keep going through the woods. when you get there, the game will play a cutscene.
- Once you have had a few conversations with the NPCs, you will be able to begin the Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark quest chain.
- Make sure you visit the Statue of the Seven teleport waypoint in Sumeru to unlock the region fully.
- You can find this teleport waypoint right in front of you at the peak of the mountain.
