Players will need to read a note attached to the pole located in the center of camp Maximas that says “The Shipment from Montana” to start this side quest.
You will have to go to the Southwest region of Feroza in Valee De Oro to find Boom Boom. Once you reach there, look for a light blue Mckay shipment inside the railway shipment shed.
