Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom – Find Princess Zelda & The Closed Door:

To start, players need to reach the Temple of Time. They can explore the intro island, but there isn’t much to find other than Skyshroom, Tree Branches, and basic materials. So, it’s best to forge ahead toward the yellow marker leading to the Temple of Time. Players can use the Purah Pad to check the map and other features at will by pressing the – button.

To advance, players need to inspect the green glyph near the Construct to activate a bridge to a small island nearby. They will find another friendly Construct on the right side who will tell them about the hostile Soldier Constructs. Players can grab and throw the nearby pots or use the tree to gain an Apple or two along with the Wooden Stick on the altar.

The path to the left ends in a diving spot, and there is another pool of water not far below. Players have a much larger area to explore, with ruins off to the right and a lower forest to the left and behind. However, it’s best right now to keep forging ahead toward the spot on the map.

As players move up, they’ll find a curve in the road leading to a group of Soldier Constructs ready to fight anyone who gets near. Players can either choose to engage them head-on, but if they’re feeling like they need an additional edge, they can head to the right and climb the hill to find some large boulders perched above that they can push down onto them to even the odds.

When the Soldier Constructs spot players, they’ll sound an alarm to bring a third Construct running, so players shouldn’t be afraid to backpedal to try and separate them a bit so they can take them on one at a time. They should be sure to use their own weapons against them, and retreat if they need to find more branches.

Players should note that their Master Sword will be of little help now. In Breath of the Wild, even the legendary blade would need to recharge after enough hits – but in its weakened state, attacking too much will render it unusable for the foreseeable future. It’s best to use it as a last resort!

Past the trio of enemies, players will come to a large meadow in front of the stairs leading up to the temple, which is broken in many places. A friendly Construct is off to the left side by a fire, and he’ll teach them about roasting food to increase its health replenishment. Players can try it themselves by tossing a few apples or shrooms by the fire until they change visibly, and stockpile a bunch.

Once players are all set on food and have a good number of weapons on hand, they should head up the stairs to reach the Temple of Time. One last Construct is between them and the door, and it’s wielding a rusty sword and wooden shield. This means he’ll hit harder than the others and can block their attacks, so it should be a tactical fight where players strike carefully. They should wait until the Construct lowers its shield to swing its arm back before attacking it quickly, then dodge backward out of the way.

If players see the Construct swing both of its arms in a windup, they should backpedal away as it comes at them like a slow whirlwind and wait until it exhausts itself before attacking. As long as players fight carefully, they can take it down without taking too much damage and claim its Rusty Broadsword and Old Wooden Shield.

When players reach the large door at the entrance to this floating Temple of Time, they’ll find that it’s blocked by four Shrine Orbs that need to be placed in the pedestals around the door. These Shrine Orbs are located in the four shrines on the Great Sky Island, which players will need to complete to progress further in the game.

The first shrine, which is nearest to the Temple of Time, is the Shrine of Trials. To get there, players should head to the left of the Temple of Time and follow the path through the forest until they reach a small clearing with a statue in the middle. They should approach the statue and use their Magnesis rune to move it aside, revealing a hole in the ground that leads to the Shrine of Trials.

Inside the shrine, players will encounter a series of puzzles that they’ll need to solve to progress. These puzzles involve using their runes and weapons in creative ways to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies. The first puzzle involves using the Magnesis rune to move metal blocks and create a path to the next area.

In the second area, players will need to use their Stasis rune to freeze moving platforms and jump across them to reach the next section. They’ll also need to defeat some Bokoblins along the way.

The third area of the shrine is the most challenging, as players will need to use their Cryonis rune to create ice platforms and navigate a treacherous maze while avoiding deadly lasers. It’s best to take this area slowly and carefully, as one wrong move can be fatal.

Finally, players will reach the end of the shrine and face the Shrine Guardian, a powerful enemy that will put their skills to the test. It’s best to use a combination of weapons and runes to defeat this foe, and players should also make use of the environment to gain an advantage.

Once the Shrine Guardian is defeated, players will receive the first Shrine Orb. They can then use the teleportation pad to return to the surface and place the orb in the pedestal near the Temple of Time. This will activate one of the locks on the door and bring them one step closer to finding Princess Zelda and opening the Closed Door.

In summary, completing the first main quest of Zelda  Tears of the Kingdom involves reaching the Temple of Time, defeating the enemies along the way, and completing the four shrines on the Great Sky Island to obtain the Shrine Orbs needed to open the Closed Door. Players should use a combination of weapons and runes to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies, and they should also make use of food and other resources to stay healthy and well-equipped. With persistence and skill, players can uncover the secrets of this magical world and save Princess Zelda.
