Players on the PlayStation system and those who use the Steam platform on their personal computers will soon have access to the role-playing game Valkyrie Elysium, which is the fifth installment in the Valkyrie series. Nora, a youthful Valkyrie, is given the responsibility of preventing the end of the world by Odin, the All-Father. As Nora makes her way through the wreckage of Midgard, she comes face to face with the enigmatic Valkyrie Hilde, who is devoted to Fenrir.
This game, in contrast to the others in the series, is a real action role-playing game in which the player takes control of Nora and guides her through combat against a variety of foes in a variety of locales. Although the player is no longer able to exercise direct control with Einherjar, the option to call on them for assistance in combat has not been removed. They operate autonomously and may be directed to attack specific foes or complete a variety of missions based on commands given to them by the player.
Valkyrie Elysium is the first game of its kind in the Valkyrie Chronicles franchise and was developed by Soleil, which is best known for creating the online competitive multiplayer game Ninjala. The music for the game was composed by Motoi Sakuraba, while Yuya Nagai was the one who designed the playable characters.
