| Dandelion | When you find a Dandelion, just smash it with your sword and get your reward |
| Thornvines | You will find these on some of the supply pods. In order to get supply pods, you need to burn these wines that you can do with some fire damage sword or some item to burn. |
| Chow Chow | You can find some ice balls near this big flower. Put those ice flowers inside Chow Chow. |
| Tar Pit | You can collect Black Nucleus from this rock. Just hit with fire damage sword. |
| Glowshroom | You can get Gold Nucleus from this. To solve this first jump on a small Glowshroom, mid-size than a bigger one. |
| Kerosenia | It’s a Flower and you can destroy it with a flame damage sword. |
| Ring of Echoes | To solve this you need to jump on the platforms in the right order. |
| Mushroom Man | Jump on the Mushroom Man and it will launch you in the air. Once you are up shoot Black Nucleus down. |
| Smart Telescope | Simply connect all the blue dots with the orange dots to solve the puzzle. |
| Singularity Rock | A human-like structure holding a ball on his head. To solve this you need to destroy the statue by using a Strange Cube relic. |
| Lava Pit | Lava weakness is ice so just hit it with some ice element weapon. |
| Flying Drone Puzzle | If you find a drone flying around, hit with some ranged weapon to destroy it. |
| Induction Plate | To get the nucleus from this plate. Get in the center and use the Omnium Cannon relic. |
| Spliced Metal Boxes | Move boxes in a way to make a circle on top. This will solve the puzzle. |
| Thrust Module Co-Op Puzzle | Get a teammate to help you with this puzzle. Move Modules and find the password. |
| Joint Destruction Module Co-Op Puzzle | Get 4 of your teammates and destroy robots at the same time to get the password. |
| Weight Module Co-Op Puzzle | Get help from one of your teammates. One of you should stand in the circle. |
| Earthphyte | Find a ball and just put it in the plant and it will be solved. |
| Concentration Ray | Activate all the rays and then this puzzle will be solved. |
| Force Induction Plate | Get on the plate and do the Diving attack and you will get the Nucleus. |
