You must look for Small Keys thoroughly if you want to get the most out of the Resident Evil 4 remake.
Each key will open a treasure that is worthwhile in its own right, and some of the treasures may be required to finish the game. We’ve put together a guide to all the Little Key locations in the Resident Evil 4 remake to aid you in your mission.
Resident Evil 4 Remake – Small Keys Locations:
The Valley Small Key, which can be discovered in Chapter 2 of the Village region, is the first Small Key. The key is hidden in an open box on a cabinet in the tiny chamber to the right of the hexagonal emblem inside the hut.
The Village Chief’s Mansion Small Key, which can also be discovered in Chapter 2 of the Village region, is the second Small Key. The key is located on top of a stack of papers, between the couch and the window, in the southwest corner of the ground floor of the Village Chief’s Mansion.
You can locate another Little Key in Chapter 3 in the Village area. The key is hidden inside a small cabin in the westernmost portion of the space, just south of the marking for the boat fuel.
Go to Chapter 4 of the Village region to find the Lakeside Settlement/Forest Altar Little Key. Take your boat to return to the village, then use your Insignia Key to open the gate to the north, where the Forest Altar is located. Once there, take the key from a carriage’s top on the western side.
Chapter 4 of the Village region is where you may also find the Church Little Key. Once inside the church, proceed to the pulpit and turn to the right to find a second key in the room’s southernmost corner.
The Bindery Little Key may be found in Chapter 8 of the Castle region. On the L-shaped passage that follows the Bindery puzzle, you will finally arrive. Once Leon has recovered from his fear of the creature that quickly creeps over the wall, move to your left (or, if you’re looking at the map, the southern corner of that corridor) and collect the key from a crate close to the window.
Chapter 9 of the Castle region is where you can find the Grand Hall Little Key. Get the key from a cabinet in the upper left corner of that hall with the armors as you search for the three statue heads and head over to the room up north (while looking at the map). If you miss it, you can just enter the area again thereafter because it’s on your route to the knights’ encounter.
Ultimately, Chapter 12 of the Castle region is where you can find the Ballroom Little Key. After your adventures in the mines with Luis, you’ll find the trader and a train rail leading to the clock tower after you return to the castle area. Go to the right side of the train and look inside a briefcase to find the key before doing it.
You can open the locked drawers strewn across the game’s regions by using these Little Keys. There are a total of eight locked drawers, each with a different reward. Among them are the Brass Pocket Watch (worth 8,000 pts), Antique Compass (worth 8,000 pts), and Graceful Mask (worth 5,000 pts without diamonds).
The remake of Resident Evil 4 is rich with secrets just waiting to be discovered. You can amass wealth and thoroughly explore the game’s locations by using this method to visit every Little Key location. Just keep in mind to seek thoroughly and gather whatever you require prior to entering each area’s point of no return.
