Step 1: Open the Locked Gate The first step is to open the locked gate in the Treasury area. You’ll notice several gongs with animal symbols hanging in the next room. Activate the gong next to the gate by using the rope. Ring the gong, and you’ll see the corresponding animal highlighted on the gate lock. Your next step is to find the other two gongs and shoot them through the gate to open it.
Step 2: Obtain the Bloodied Sword Once you’re inside, you’ll find the Bloodied Sword, which is necessary for this puzzle. Pick it up and keep it with you.
Step 3: Place the Swords in the Reliefs Next, you need to place the swords in the reliefs. You’ll see four reliefs on the wall, and three of them contain swords similar to the Bloodied Sword you just picked up. Collect all three swords and place them in the reliefs from left to right, in the following order:
- Iron Sword
- Golden Sword
- Bloodied Sword
- Rusted Sword
Make sure you place them in the correct order; otherwise, the gate won’t open.
Step 4: Progress through the Game If you place the swords in the reliefs correctly, the gate will open, allowing you to access the Audience Chamber’s upper level. Now you can progress through the game and continue your adventure in Resident Evil 4 Remake.
