Horizon Forbidden West – How to Solve The Isle of Spires Ruin
The Isle of Spires Ruin puzzle is one of the harder puzzles in the Horizon Forbidden West, because in this puzzle you have to deal with many multiple floor buildings in the area. The objective to this quest is to find the key so you can get to the ornament. This guide will show you the way to find the key and door codes.
Get 1st Half Code
- Once you start the quest and get to the Isle of Spires Relic Ruins, look for the door and scan the data point. Use Aloy’s Focus to scan.
- This will show you that you need a 8 digit key code and key to open it.
- Get on one of the pillars nearby to get the location of the crate.
- So you need to go up and throw the crate down in the water.
- To do that use your pullcaster and get to the other side to the grapple point.
- After you get there go the crate and pull it with a pulcaster and throw it under in the water.
- Now go down and find a place near the door where you can see the ornament through the wall.
- Now to get to the ventilation that you can see in the ceiling, you need to use a carte to get there.
- There you will find the first half of the code that is 2109.
Repair the Elevator
- When you get the 1st half of the code, use it to open the door and get out to climb the wall to get to the 9th floor.
- THere you will fix an elevator so you can use it.
- To fix it you need an energy cell and for that check the room nearby you will find some energy cell but you won’t be able to use it.
- So to make sure energy reaches the elevator, find a ventilation shaft in the ceiling.
- Open it with a pull castor and get in and you will find another room with the charge.
- Destroy the Firegleam crystal near there and that will connect the room with the main corridor and it’s more near the elevator now.
- Now you are able to use the cell and take it to the elevator to fix the elevator
Get 2nd Half Code
- Use the elevator to get to the 1st floor.
- Take out the crate from the water with a pullcaster. Push the crate to the water that you see go towards the Metal Flower.
- Now you are able to destroy Metal Flower and pull Crate furthermore so you can climb on it to shoot the ladder from the South side wall hole.
- Now it’s time to go back to the 9th floor again but take the crate with you because you need it.
- You need to use the crate to get on a platform with Ancient Valuables chest.
- Now you can jump from there across the 20th floor to the office down.
- Scan the data point for the coe, it will give you code 109.
- Use the code to open the door and get into the water.
Get the Office Key
- Now go to the ladder that you shot before and go on top of it.
- After reaching the top of the ladder, now if you leap backwards a bit, you will get to a ledge and find some nea place to discover.
- Now you will see the office key here on the floor.
- Grab the key and get back to the main Office door where you can use the key and the code (2109109).
- Now you can have access to the Golden Toucans Ornament.
