- Talk to them and put on a Face Paint you possess for 10 Metal Shards.
- Zokkah is one of the NPC that can be found in the Scalding Spear so you can visit him there or you can go to the painters located in Bulwark and Thornmarsh.
- You can’t get to any of these NPC at the start of the game as they can be found after you have played the game for several hours and progressed far enough in the story.
- You can get Face Paints by completing Story Missions, Side Quests, and by doing some other tasks.
- Once you have the face paint, all you need to do to equip it is to talk with any of the above-mentioned NPC in the game.
- You can even try each Facepaint you have through the Photo Mode.
