Herta is one of the playable Valkyries in the game, known for her AoE attacks and Ice element. Herta is a 4-star character with the Ice element and follows the Path of The Erudition, making her an excellent character for AoE damage. Her best build consists of the following Relics and Light Cone:
Relics: Hunter of Glacial Forest (4-piece set) and Space Sealing Station (2-piece set) Light Cone: The Birth of the Self
The Hunter of Glacial Forest Relic has a 2-piece set that increases Ice DMG by 10%, and a 4-piece set that increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 25% for 2 turns after they unleash their Ultimate. The Space Sealing Station Relic has a 2-piece set that increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%, and when the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, their ATK increases by another 12%.
The Birth of the Self Light Cone is recommended because it is of The Erudition path. It has a base level of 1 with HP: 43, ATK: 21, and DEF: 15. It also has “The Maiden in the Painting” as its Superimposition, which increases DMG dealt by the wearer’s follow-up attacks by 24%. If the current HP of the target enemy is below 50% of Max HP, it increases DMG dealt by follow-up attacks by an extra 24%.
