He will initiate the side quest to unlock the club, called “Crossed Wands: Round 1.”

To start the Crossed Wands quest, go to The South Wing section of Hogwarts and visit the Clock Tower Courtyard. There, you will find a student named Lucan Brattleby, who will be tossing around a ball in the corner of the courtyard. Speak with Lucan to begin the quest.
