After you pick it, all of your Skills, Outfits, Upgrades along with the majority of your Galatic Compendium will be carried over to a new game. Only the Archives from the Galatic Compendium will not be carried over. So if you want to complete the game 100%, you will have to unlock the Lore Hoarder trophy by collecting all of them again.
