- Go to Nvidia or AMD Control Panel.
- Open 3D Settings which are under the adjusting image settings.
- Click 3D Settings and a tab will appear.
- Click on Program and then click on add to locate Fatal Frame.
- Click on Fatal Frame and then change the Max Frame Rate to 60 FPS.
- Go to Vertical Sync and do the same as above.
- Restart Your PC.
