There’s a secret room called the “Developer room” in DL2 and players can get a lot of different things from the Developer room such as the Developer Weapon, Korek Charm, Developer Charm, and the Left Finger of gloVa in DL2. These items are very powerful and will help you a lot throughout the game. So we have made this guide to tell how to find the Secret developer room, developer weapon, and some other items in DL2.
Dying Light 2 – Developer Room Location:
The Developer room is a secret room that has a lot of stuff hidden inside it for the players to get. You will have to climb the tallest building “VNC Tower” in DL2 to get the developer weapon’s location. So for that, you will need the Grappling Hook which means that you must unlock it first otherwise you won’t be able to go to the Developer Room.
How To Get The Secret Developer’s Weapon:
Follow the instructions mentioned below to find the Developer Room in DL2:
- Use the Grappling Hook to go to the roof of the VNC Towers.
- Turn your face towards the building which is located on the southwest side with an Airdrop on its top.
- You will have to complete a mission that will take you to the lowest level of the building to unlock the Developer Room in DL2.
- The Developer’s weapon can be found hidden in the Developer Room near the bed.
- Just sit on your bed and wait for some time, and eventually, a blue electric charge effect will occur spawning a Teddy Bear.
- There will be a total of 9 Teddy bears that will spawn automatically in the same way.
- Following that, the Techland Logo will be turned into its previous Logo and finally, the Blueprint for the Developer’s weapon will appear in DL2.
How To Get Glova’s Left Finger:
- There will be a building located on the southwest side of the ANC Tower, go and climb up to the rooftop of that building.
- You will find an Electrical Box with some cables inside at the top of the building.
- You will be forced to jump from the building which is on your backside after you interact with the Electrical Box.
- Go to the floor below you with the help of the Grapple Hook.
- Connect the cable into the panel which is located on the edge of the window.
- There will be another box like this one on the rooftop so just go on the top and interact with it.
- Go down to a floor below in the same way.
- There will be another panel near the window from where you entered.
- Connect the cable with the panel and another Electrical Box will spawn across the room.
- Get the cable and then jump in the backward direction to land safely on a garden platform.
- You will see a broken window from there, so use the Grapple Hook to go down towards the next level.
- There will be another broken window so repeat the same process to go to the next level.
- Connect the cable into the panel and there you will need the GRE key to open a Defense System Panel.
- The Developer Room will be unlocked after you use the GRE key to unlock the Defense system panel in DL2.
- A Bomber will appear suddenly and will come running at you after you open the Developer’s Room door.
- Get rid of the bomber and then go inside the room and get the Developer Weapon, Developer Charm, Karek Charm, and the left Finger of gloVa in Dying Light 2.
