The quest to unlock the Forerunner in Destiny 2 is a long, confusing and arduous task. I am going to break down exactly how to complete the quest and earn this.
A Year 2 update has made Destiny 2’s The Dreaming City a little trickier to navigate, particularly for new players. One of the toughest tasks that people just starting out in Forsaken are trying to accomplish is unlocking Forerunner. Destiny 2 – Magnum Opus Quest:
To unlock Destiny Forerunner, you need to complete the Magnum Opus quest. This gun is inspired by the Halo. Get in the game and complete the Eternity six-player activity, then go back and follow these steps to unlock Forerunner:
1. Quest From Xur
- Go to Eternity.
- Find Xur.
- Then use your key to open a chest.
- Then you will get a new quest to complete for the Forerunner.
2. Strange Coins
- Now use Dares of Eternity.
- You need to do it until you collect 7 strange coins.
- Those coins you need to take to Star horse.
3. Star horse Bounties
- Now you need to complete some bounties.
- Focus on the ones that will give you extra rewards.
- Keep in mind, it will cost you strange coins.
4. Get to Strange Favor Rank Brave
- Try to increase your reputation level.
- After getting to Strange Favor Rank Brave, you will get some extra strange keys.
- Just try to clear as many quests as possible.
- Now go to the hub and find a horse for your new adventure.
5. Use the Strange Key
- After talking to the horse, you will get to a new place where you need to find the places to use your keys.
- Now find the tower and there you will go to Banshee-44.
- He is the one who provides you with a Forerunner.
