Deltarune Chapter 2: Where To Find The Basement Location?
First of all, you must beat the Glitch boss in Deltarune Chapter 2 to reach the point where you can unlock the Basement. Once you beat the boss you will have to do the following things to unlock the Basement Location:
- Turn Left from the Trash Zone.
- Continue walking left until you see green screens emerging in the air.
- Go upwards through the doorway.
- Meet a new Merchant Spamton.
- Buy the KeyGen from Spamton.
Spamton is a new merchant which will be available after you defeat the Glitch boss. He will have several items for you to buy including the Keygen item. The Keygen will be very pricy, however, there is a trick that can be used to lower its price. Talk to Sampton and select the Keygen item and then back out, repeat this process several times and Sampton will eventually lower its price.
Once you buy the KeyGen, return to the Mansion and go upwards from the stairs located at the right side of the statue’s feet. Continue to the right and go through the pottery-filled hallway. Head down and then go right when you reach the corridor monitored by the butler and the dog. Cross the road by hitting the stop button and continue moving down and right again.
Head right in the room full of thinking sculptures to discover the solitary teacup with two candlesticks on the opposite sides. You will have to get in touch with the right candlestick to reveal a hidden tunnel. Head down through the tunnel and you will find a chamber where you need to use the KeyGen on the Keyhole in the floor. Doing so will reveal the entrance to the basement.
