In this guide, I will guide you through Cauldron: Mu. How can you complete all these locations? To get this is not going to be an easy task.
You will find it near No Man’s land. These are the places to get new abilities, and by using that you can have some control over machines. But it’s not easy to do so because you have to complete some puzzles to get control over a machine. So let’s start our guide.
Horizon Forbidden West – Cauldron: Mu
Follow these steps to complete this mission:
1. Stealthy Machine Kills:
- First, you need to enter the Cauldron.
- Then go down to the center.
- After getting down you will see some machines.
- You need to destroy them as stealthily as possible, otherwise, you will be in great danger.
2. Create Bridges by Override Interfaces
- At this point, you need to find some Red points.
- You can interact with these red points,
- By interacting with those points you will create some wire bridges.
- You can find many hidden loots on these bridges.
- Those bridges will make a new path for you.
3. Mechanical Arms as Bridges
- After going down in the Cauldron. You will find some mechanical arms in some places.
- You can use those arms as bridges and find a way to go to the next stage.
- If you don’t find any way in any place, just look for some mechanical arms or places where you can grab and go through.
4. Use Acid as a Weapon to Fight The Shell-Walker
- You will find Shell-Walker guards before entering the final room in Cauldron.
- There are 2 ways to pass them.
- You can use steam from the vents to hide and pass them without a fight.
- The other way is to defeat them and get a good reward.
- So to defeat it more easily, you can use acid in the battle.
5. Hovering Machines
- You will find some places in the area where you can see some hovering machines.
- You can ride them to get to the next location.
- Find your way to hovering machines.
- Grab them and go along till you reach the point where you can leave them and dropdown.
6. Kill The Widemaws
- Once you get to the final room in Cauldron, you will see a Widemaw.
- To fight it you need to look for the overriding point and interact with it.
- During the fighting with one Widemaw, another Widemaw will come.
- So you have to fight both together.
- The weak point for them is the neck. So try to land as many attacks as you can on this point.
- After defeating both of them you will find an override point that will unlock the override ability for you.
- With this new ability, you can override Burrowers, Scroungers, Grazers, Scrapers, Fanghorns, and Widemaws.
